Training built to fit your team

Every new hire knows your restaurant before their first shift.

Online training built from your menu, recipes and standards. Staff pass every quiz. You know who learned it.

Works on any phone or tablet. Nothing to install.

Sound familiar?

New hires wing it

They learn the job by watching someone else, and they pick up the same shortcuts and mistakes.

Guests ask, servers guess

"What is in the Coastline?" should never get a shrug. Wrong answers cost you tips and trust.

You cannot tell who learned it

A binder in the back and a quick walkthrough do not tell you who actually knows the menu, the recipes and the procedures.

What your crew learns

Three kinds of knowledge, one course

Everyone

Restaurant knowledge

Your story, your standards, guest service, food safety, allergens and house policies. What every new hire should know on day one.

Front of house

Menu knowledge

Every dish and every drink, with descriptions, add-ons and prices, so servers can answer any guest question with confidence.

Back of house

Recipes and procedures

How each dish is built and plated, plus prep, station, and opening and closing procedures, from your own recipes and checklists.

How it works

From your restaurant to a trained crew

  1. 1

We build it from your restaurant

Send us your menu, recipes, procedures, handbook and logo. We turn them into a branded course with your colors and your name on it.

  2. 2

    Staff read every lesson

Each dish, recipe and procedure has its own card to open and read. The quiz stays locked until they have opened every one.

  3. 3

    Quizzes keep them honest

Every section ends with a short quiz. Miss the pass mark and they try again with new questions. Miss it three times and they review the section again.

  4. 4

    A final exam proves it

The exam opens only after every section is done, and it pulls questions from everything they have learned. Pass it and they get a certificate with their name and score.

What you get

Training that actually sticks

Dish descriptions

Every dish and drink explained clearly, so your staff can describe the menu with confidence instead of guessing.

No skipping ahead

Everyone completes each section and passes the quiz before moving on. No one slips through half trained.

Real standards

Staff must pass every section quiz and the final exam. Questions change every time, so they learn the material instead of memorizing answers.

Score tracking

See who has finished their training, how they scored and when, so you always know who is ready for the floor.

Recipe and POS guide

A searchable staff reference for your recipes, station builds, allergens, and where every item lives on the POS screen. Set it up on a tablet in the service area or the kitchen so your team can look anything up on the fly.

Looks like your restaurant

Your logo, your colors and your voice, with each location trained on its own menu.

Questions

What owners ask first

Do my staff need to install anything?

No. The course and the recipe and POS guide open in a web browser on any phone, tablet or computer.

Can my team look things up during a shift?

Yes. The recipe and POS guide opens on any tablet, so you can set one up in the service area or the kitchen. Your team can search a recipe, check a station build or an allergen, or see where an item is on the POS without leaving the line.

How much does it cost?

A one-time setup of $497 per location, then a monthly price based on your team size: starting at $197 a month for up to 50 employees, $297 for 51 to 75, and $397 for 76 to 100. Teams over 100 employees get custom pricing. Every role and course is included.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your menu (the website pages or clear photos of the printed menu), your logo, and whatever you already train from: recipes, procedures, checklists, the employee handbook and house rules. We build the draft, and your team checks it for accuracy before staff see it.

Can I update it when the menu changes?

Yes. When a dish, price, recipe or procedure changes, we update the course and its quiz questions to match.

Does it prove my staff learned the material?

It proves they opened every dish and passed the quizzes and the final exam. That is strong training and tracking, but it is not a legal certification.

What if I have more than one location?

The course shows each employee their own location's content and quizzes them on what differs between locations. Setup is priced per location.
